Margaret Kipilo is an electrical engineer who graduated from Pennsylvania State College during WWII. She went to work for Westinghouse Electric Corporation as an Assistant Engineer in System Studies followed by employment at the Pennsylvania Electric Company.
An early member of SWE, Kipilo also was long active in the American Institute of Electrical Engineers.
